Step 1: NeoAntigen - $11,350
(Whole exome sequencing of Tumor and normal tissue plus RNA sequencing of Tumor tissue plus HLA typing à peptide prediction report)

• tumor- and normal tissue sequencing using whole exome

• medial reporting for genes within the somatic tumor panel

• tumor transcriptome sequencing

• HLA-typing

• neoantigen prediction and selection

Step 2: Vaccine Production - $49,000 

• 27 vaccines and adjuvant applications ( 4 injections in the first month, one injection in each the following 23 months)

Step 3: Treatment in Germany (Tubingen)

• Priming phase ( 4 vaccinations within 10-14 days) and subsequent  maintenance) phase    (every 4-6 weeks).

Plus the cost of flying to Germany every 4 weeks for 2 years.
